Hey Jim, I agree! How often I have wanted to have an elder around for two things in particular a) coaching in growing a good garden - why is it I have to learn everything by trial and error - with more errors than one can count over the past 2 years and b) I have absolutely *no mentors* in the area of finances (live bodies that is) especially people who are middle income. I can learn from books and seminars but in some of the more "nitty-gritty" areas (like investing, saving, giving), I have had to mostly find my own way. As well, I can get lots of advice, but not always something that is "Christian" i.e. at least making an attempt to do things God's way. Okay, long enough comment....Albert
