  1. Our lives themselves are perhaps the greatest invitation that we will ever have but all too often we seem to ignore the invitation to live our lives in a passionate and interesting way. So three cheers to your Dad, Jim and to you too for being a passionate learner. May your tribe increase!

  2. One of the motivators to make a decision like your dad did, Jim, was to enable our offspring to access and grow in learning experiences, and thus be able to become better and more knowledgeable than we are as parents. With the added gift of following the LORD, which in our offspring the field is divided, we rejoice and feel blessed to have still challenges ahead (praying our 'lost' ones back into the Kingdom that counts!). We have never regretted the decision to come to Canada, and we have been blessed in seeing our children become responsible adults. Your father, I am sure, is probably thankful to see you and your family from above. Blessings, Amigaver

  3. Jim,
Thanks so much for this piece! As often happens for me when I access your 1-Minute Learnings, it encouraged me greatly in the moment of learning I am in today!
